[x265] [PATCH] input: read yuv input from stdin if filename is passed as "-"

Some builds of x264 could include libav splitters, supporting a range of  
input formats directly; x265 is far from that, yet.

Many future changes are expectable anyway. So for now, your suggestion is  
probably sufficient, Steve.
