[x265] Commit 34573a4 does not encode all frames

I've tested commit 34573a44f81d on a "quick-n-dirty" 25-frame Y4M file,
and these were the results:

with the help from avs2yuv: the last 3 frames were not encoded;

reading the Y4M source without intermediation: the last 4 frames were not encoded.
