[x265] Commit 34573a4 does not encode all frames

Apparently at least, the "frame-eating" :-) problem was fixed by commit ccac3a7,

Does it work better if you disable ENABLE_THREAD in input.h?
I'm guessing the reader thread is detecting EOF and aborting, and the
buffered frames are lost.
