Nit: A more concise message would be:

    NAL: Do not use std::ostringstream

Also, the situation with free/malloc/realloc/new/delete/X265_MALOC/X265_FREE
is quite... meh. I will send a proper email for discussion of the subject later.

Patch itself is OK.
