[x265] [PATCH] asm: 16bpp asm code for intra_pred_ang16 - mode 2 to 18

r5 seems a temporary register, so we can buffer address [pd_16], it will reduce code size.
another problem is mode 3/33 may share most code, they just swap r2/r3
other is fine.
