[x265] Unclear VUI options

If the video complies to broadcasting standards like ITU-R BT.601/709,
then it should have a limited luminance and chrominance range in YUV color
space. Full range video should only exist if it was generated artifically
(e.g. by a 3D renderer or heavy filtering).

My remark is rather directed to the meaning of the parameter name, though.
A boolean answer is valid for a question like "Does this video have *full*
range? Yes/No". But asking "Does this video have (any) *range*?" doesn't
make sense; you would rather ask "Which range does this video have? TV/PC".

Video cannot have "either any range or no range". Therefore at least the
name "--[no-]range" is wrong. A name like "--[no-]full-range" would at
least make some sense, but possibly looks a bit complicated.
