[x265] [PATCH] asm: correct improper stress test cases, modify algorithm of addAvg 16bpp

I modified testbench input buffers. I set the testbench input buffers like
real encoder input buffers. After that some blocks sizes were failing. So,
I modified those.
previous testbench input    : max-1024 and min-0
but actual encoder input is : max-16383, min- -16383
