[x265] x265 ignores SAR (derived from Y4M header or as CLI flag)

CodecVisa confirms the presence of the custom aspect ratio (idc=255).
So it seems that neither MediaInfo nor MPC-HC nor VLC are able to detect
them, yet.
MPC-HC will probably rely on internal MediaInfo analysis results, so I'll
have a look at their bug tracker.
