[x265] x265 ignores SAR (derived from Y4M header or as CLI flag)

ffprobe recognizes AR flags correctly, both in raw output and multiplexed  
into MP4 by MP4Box.

Some tools (like VLC) may prefer container flags and don't find any if  
MP4Box doesn't use any, possibly because it doesn't analyze HEVC streams  
detailed enough. VLC can't play raw HEVC anyway. MPC-HC respects raw HEVC  
AR flags, but reports SAR 1.0 always for MP4, so MP4Box is probably  
another factor here. MediaInfo reports SAR 1.0 for both HEVC raw and in  
MP4.
