[x265] Github

Hi,

I just found that there is a videolan git mirror of x265 on github:
https://github.com/videolan/x265

Not sure who is handling the export but would it be possible to export tags too?
We work using git so I have my own hg2git import but if there's an "official" public mirror, I'd gladly use it.
But for that we need tags (and maybe the stable branch too)
