I was able to apply this, but it was a bit of a pain since the patch was
in HTML.  It's best to use the TortoiseHg email tool or the Mercurial
patchbomb extension to email patches; it avoids all those common MTA
problems.

And I believe we don't yet have a contributor agreement from you yet.
