[x265] [PATCH] TComDataCU: replace getZorderIdxInCU() with encodeIdx of CU structure

Thanks.

Since we're doing "cuData->encodeIdx * 4" everywhere, any reason why we
cant just save this value - so repeated shifts can be avoided. encodeIdx
can be downshifted where needed.
