[x265] [PATCH] regression: use multilib build for different output bit-depths

regression: use multilib build for different output bit-depths

till now tested only default bit-depth so in smoke-tests, added testing different
bit-depths (8bit, 10bit, 12bit) using multilib binary to test complete feature.
