[x265] Cross compile HEVC H.265

Hello,
I am interesting for development of HEVC decoder H.265 and i want to
download sources of the decoder to do a cross compilation on linux (ubuntu)
for ARM Target (Zedboard card).
Can you please help me how to proceed ?
