I hadn't realized we only had AVX2 for idct 16 and 32. This is a rather
nice improvement for Main10 encodes on non-AVX2 machines.  Any chance
you can improve the dct16 and dct32 intrinsic functions the same way?

By the way, Main10 encodes have been steadily improving in performance
lately. They're now typically only 20-30% slower than Main encodes with
the same settings.
