[x265] Reg: Not to push few patches

The Modification Need to Do:

Changing the the CLIPW part

%ifidn %2,doClip
    CLIPW           m0, m4, [pw_pixel_max]
%endif

Instead of ifidn %2, doClip

just to change it with if condition , for readability.
