[x265] Nit in x265 docs about lookahead slices

doc/reST/cli.rts:

	The encoder may internally lower the number of slices to ensure
	each slice codes at least 10 16x16 rows of lowres blocks. If slices
-	are used in lookahead, the are logged in the list of tools as

In addition, a question: If I understood correctly, raising their number  
is usually not recommended (only useful for low adaptive B-frame modes,  
and probably with little impact)?
