[x265] Compression gains....results follow up

Read Tri as x265+patch
Sorry for confusion on that.
Also --psnr and --ssim used to output these values
and not trying to use for encode operation itself.

When run as :

--me hex/star --input-res 1920x1080 --fps 30

There's significant compression savings.
We've touched only ME module, and RC module is able to detect
that (better MV candidates) and able to compress more.

To me subjective quality of x265+patch looks good.
