PowerPC: Use GCC Altivec Intrinsics when the Processor has a Vector SIMD Facility.
CMake flags CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS and CMAKE_C_FLAGS must include both -maltivec and -mabi=altivec in
order for GCC to generate the PPC vector instructions.
