I've changed "mailnews.wraplength" from 72 to 216 and "mailnews.send_plaintext_flowed" from true to false and still is wrong.
The problem is with line of two chars:
[space][enter]
which is replaced to one char line:
[enter]

Now I don't know how to fix this.
