[x265] [PATCH] Implementation of low-pass subband dct approximation

Humberto,
Your email client seems to have some weird settings with carriage shift
spacing because of which both videolan patch works, and my client is
receiving patches that don't apply cleanly on the tip.
Could you please resend the patch inline and also include it as an
attachement (check tortoisehg's "attach" option if you're using tortoisehg
to send the email) so that the patch comes across clean?
