[x265] x265 encoder

Not quite a question for this mailing list ...

But x264 is an encoder only as well.

You can find decoders for most usual formats in the libav libraries  
(libavformats for container formats + libavcodec for content formats),  
being part of the ffmpeg or the libav project.
