[x265] CLI Options

Hello,


I wanted to understand the following


  1.  How to use --scaling-list <filename>. Is there any sample HM format file which i could refer?
  2.  Is there any mechanism by which  i can specify different QUATIZATION for iFrame
  3.  What will be the command line options to encode frames with SSIM=0.98. I want maximum compression but SSIM should not fall below 0.98
