[x265] x265_encoder_reconfig and HDR metadata

Hi,
is it possible to call x265_encoder_reconfig() after the encoder has been
opened?

I tried doing so, setting masteringDisplayColorVolume and then
reconfiguring, but it does seem to be applied. The pipeline that I was
expecting to be working is

open decoder -> open encoder -> decode frame -> encode frame

I understand that these are "static" metadata, but since these metadata is
discovered after the first frame has been decoder, how should they be set?
As long as the encoder has not been fed anything yet, it should be a valid
use case shouldn't it?
