[x265] FR: Postpone Windows 10 update reboots during encodes by signaling "busy"?

I'm also interested actually, because I've had this happen to me just a few days ago,
losing almost a day of work because of Windows 10 rebooting in the middle of the night...

This is an issue for people who don't have administrative privileges on their machines to
stop Windows 10 from doing this.
