[x265] Less FPS

Hi everyone,
I have one doubt regarding using parallel mode in x265.* Is it necessary to
use --no-wpp when we are using --frame-threads more than 1? *If I did that
then FPS is reduces.
With --wpp and --frame-threads 1, FPS was very less, there is no option
like --threads in x265 that is used with --wpp.
