[x265] [ANN] x265 grand challenge in MMSys 2020

Hi all,
We, along with Comcast and SSIMWave, are sponsoring a grand challenge in
the upcoming International Multimedia Conference (MMSys) on ways to improve
the coding efficiency of x265. The challenge will has a fairly decent cash
prize associated with it as well!
