[x265] NASM 2.15.03 (MYS2/MinGW) throws a huge amount of macro warnings

Hello,


Sorry for delay.
I had been fix these warnings with new version nasm in my local tree, but I don't
know how to merge it into the current x265 tree, please wait the x265 team to
fix these issues.
