[x265] [arm64] last fixes for ipfilter8.S

Hi,

I renamed several loop labels to make them unique, it may be that there were no errors before because the labels contained the full name of the filter.
I also replaced “sqxtn + trn1” with a single sqxtn2.

Ok to commit?
