In http://hg.videolan.org/x265/file/tip/x265Version.txt I see "releasetag:
3.5" but 3.5 is not available for download at https://get.videolan.org/x265/.
Can the archive be downloaded from somewhere else? Mercurial is not
supported yet in flatpak

Re x264, any plan to make some sort of releases at
https://code.videolan.org/videolan/x264/-/releases?

Any tips for how to workaround the lack of releases?
