[dvblast-devel] tsdecrypt

The problem is the output from dvblast, not the one for tsdecrypt. It does
not output the CA descriptors when -Y is used, which in turn makes
tsdecrypt unable to find out the ECM PID. That makes first time users
frustrated, because it's not working as expected.
