[dvblast-devel] Another one NDS no ECM pid

Just playing with different channels.

Viaccess - Al Jazeera JSC +1
Nds - Sky Sport 1

Both of these give 0x0000 as ecm pid, if TSDECRYPT cant  get these is there a way i can work it out?
