[libbluray-devel] havi widgets

I just submitted a PR to libbluray that adds implementations for neccessary
havi widgets to libbluray for some modern blurays produced by scenarist
(notably Seinfeld UHDs).

My implementation was heavily inspired from XletView (copied the helper
design wholesale, though simplified it in parts I think, HactionableHelper
doesn't need the HNavigableHelper stuff as class hierarchy can take care of
that, which simplifies the code and implementation).

The problem is that XletView is/was GPLd and presumably that is not
sufficient for libbluray, which seems to be fully LGPL.  I'm CC'ing the
original author Martin Sveden, as had a private conversation where he
seemed to be ok with the concept of libbluray making use of it under the
LGPL, but want to confirm that so he can see what's in the PR
