[libdvdnav-devel] Ifo_types.h patch

Only if a bug is considered as such due to being built upon the
capabilities of a library and then those same capabilities being removed.
I am not sure exactly when the functionality was removed, but it used to be
in the header.  I could track it down, if it is necessary.
