[skin-designer] Is a release planed?

I've sent an email-announce to the skin-designer mailing list.
Should I also just send the same message to 
videolan-announce at videolan.org or how should I proceed?

If you want to host the download on the VideoLAN mirrors, you'd need to 
upload the 3 files linked to in the download section of the skin editor 
page.
VLCSkinEditor_0_7_setup.exe VLCSkinEditor_0_7.zip and 
VLCSkinEditor_0_7.tar.gz

I'll go on with modifying the news.msg.
