[streaming] Use M$ Mpalyer with videolan streaming server

I would like to stream in multicast some mpeg files (with vls or vlc) and
view them wit M$ Mplayer. This is an intermediate step, the final goal is
to stream in multicast mode from a cam/webcam.

I could not figure out how to "open" the multicast stream from WinMplayer
and/or create a suitable ".nsc" (Windows Media Stations).

Any help and/or alternative solutions would be appreciated. The only
requirement is the client: Win Mplayer (sigh!)
