[streaming] mp3 streaming support for mp3 files

Hi All,
I am new to this mailing list.
I was going through the VLS development doc and found
that, all the files (MPEG1/2/4 either PS or TS) are
first converted to MPEG2 TS before streaming.
Now suppose I want to add mp3 streaming support to
VLS, how should I proceed? How should I convert mp3
format in to MPEG2 TS? Is there any other way out to
support the mp3 streaming.
