There are a few problems with this update:

- Removing Auk Piseth name from the author list is not very polite.
- Project-Id-Version should be "vlc 1.1.7", not "km".
- Language should be "km", not empty.
- Translation of "C" is wrong; it should be "km".
- Translation of " f/s" (frame per seconds) is probably wrong.
- Translation of "CP1252" may be wrong.
- Translation of "ASCII" "VLC media player" must be ASCII.
