[Translators] question about "non-ref" of Android's string

These strings appear to exist in the VLC for desktops also:


 (input & codecs > skip H.264 in-loop deblocking filter)



 
  
 



A deblocking filter is used to remove the "blocks" in an image. This is done per frame, so i suppose the "ref"
and "key" is about "reference frames" and "keyframes".

I'm 90 % sure this is right, but i'll wait for confirmation before translating.
