[Translators] framebuffer uses hw acceleration

Hello everyone,

I have a question about the following sentence in vlc-2.1.

"If your framebuffer supports hardware acceleration or does double
buffering in hardware then you must disable this option. It then does
double buffering in software."

Why does user must disable the option when framebuffer supports hw acceleration?
Is it opposite?
