[Translators] Root.strings file in spanish

I saw that. It's still in my todo folder. There is no use in providing a 
translation if the text is not marked as translatable, for basically 
that's what this is all about:
Ship one program and use the corresponding translation.

The iOS devs are aware of the "About" part and make parts of it 
translatable.
