[Translators] Latest version of VLC 2.1?

Hi Konrad, 
I need the latest build of VLC 2.1 for Windows.
I know, that (generally) the newest version of VLC is 2.2, but I need
the latest build of 2.1, because I need to test my Slovak translation
for 2.1.
