[Translators] Upcoming releases for vlc (desktop and iOS)

Hello!

I’d like to announce 2 upcoming releases:


- vlc 2.1.3 for desktop
This should be done this weekend, so I will try to merge everything you put into transifex 
(vlc-2.1-installer and vlc-2.1).


- 2.2.0 for iOS
This will be submitted to the app store on monday. Felix can’t include anything that arrives later. You might want to finish
ios-2.0 and ios-settings-2.0
