[Translators] Problems with installation of nigthly build vlc-2.1.3-20140108-2314

Hello,
thank you for your informations and help with merging from Transifex.

I would like to make quick-test of the newest Slovak translations for the VLC desktop-version, with the latest nightly build for 2.1.3 
(vlc-2.1.3-20140108-2314-win32) on 64-bit Windows 7. But this is not possible, because I have big problems with installation of VLC.

- vlc-2.1.3-20140108-2314-win32.exe can not be installed, because: „Unable to elevate, error. Try to run this installer with admin privileges.“
(this attempt was made with admin privileges - so I do not understand, why is this message still here. I have no problems with admin 
privileges by other programs).
- vlc-2.1.3-20140108-2314-win32.7z can be unpacked, but not runs, because: „The program can´t start because libwinpthread-1.dll is missing 
from computer.
(Reinstalling of VLC did not solve this problem).
- vlc-2.1.3-20140108-2314.msi can be installed, but not runs, because: „The program can´t start because libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll is missing from 
computer.
(Reinstalling of VLC did not solve this problem).

I never had so many problems with VLC installation. Could you please inform me, where is the problem? In the installer (or VLC.exe) or in my 
computer?
