[Translators] New releases approaching

Hello everyone!

New releases for desktop, Android and iOS are getting close.

So, now is a good time for trying current versions (or nightly builds) and checking if all looks good.
If you can’t find the right files for your device, mail me or join us on IRC in #videolan.

Generally, it’s a good idea to finish one project before starting with the next (half translated UIs look strange).
