[Translators] Serbian translation from Transifex is missing

Hi all,

Nice work so far.

I would like to add, also, that new Serbian translation from Transifex is
missing from this build

vlc-2.2.0-rc2-20141117-1201-win32.exe

Some lines of translation that are missing are annoying to stay in English.

Please can you update translation files from Transifex.
