Hello,
excuse me for my late answer, but I follow this discussion. :-)

@JB: Thank you for your answer and information about problem with not-mailing from Transifex about finished translations. If is only problem with 
informing, this can be solved through this mailing-list - for example. But in my opinion it would be (in the future) good to upload translations from 
Transifex to GIT in some regular intervals automatically, regardless of current state of translation. In this way we could surely have newer 
translations, than if we upload the translations only occasionally.
Of course: absolute best solution would be to have an automatic process of uploading translations into GIT...

@MT: Thank you for your cooperation. Don´t worry, my translation must be not included immediately, this is really no problem. :-) Now I am quite busy 
with my work, but in the weekend will be the situation much better. So - make no worries if will be my translation included into final VLC 3.0. This 
is no problem and I have more time for internal testing. :-)
