[Translators] VLC 3.0.0-RC5

Hello,
thank you for your information, Jean. My latest Slovak translation is on Transifex (in Yaron´s repository). Please integrate it into the next version 
of VLC. I have no newer version and I tested this translation with latest nightly-builds of VLC - for example with vlc-3.0.0-rc5-20180107-0506 or with 
build from 30/12/2017.
