I believe that the rules should be democratic but the actual translation
work should be like dictatorship since it's ok to disagree on something but
translating the same thing to different terms is very confusing to the
user, if you want to help make sure you are coordinated with the team
unless you are in charge of changing the translation wherever necessary.

Disagreement should be handled with full responsibility over the change.

Weblate has many benefits, ACL is not one of them.
