[Translators] Possibility to have "realtime" updated .pot file for VLC development version (desktop)?

Hi,

Transifex is indeed very user friendly, and there is a huge community of volunteers, and more translators means faster translation and more reviewing.
With Transifex the developer appoints some person to be in charge of a particular language with the right to lock translations and bring in or kick out other translators for that language. This the both a pro and a con: strings will eventually be decided on by one person, which is good for consistency and prevents vandalism, however it can also mean that personal preference of that person are dictating the entire localization to that language, such as using too formal language, or translating words too literally rather than conveying the intended meaning.
Transifex is a good tool, but it is best if devs stay involved and occasionally check with users if the translations are being received well.
